Directions
- From Interstate 5 (I-5) North or South: Take the exit to connect to State Route 2 (SR-2) North. Take Verdugo Blvd exit. Turn left on Verdugo BLVD and it becomes Honolulu Ave. Next to Trader’s Joe is 2520 Honolulu Ave, Montrose, CA 91020.
- From State Route 134 (SR-134) East or West: Take State Route 2 North.
- From Interstate 210 (I-210) East or West: Take the Ocean View Blvd exit toward Montrose. Head south on Ocean View Blvd, then turn right onto Honolulu Ave. The clinic will be on your left.
- From State Route 2 (SR-2): Take the SR-2 North to the I-210 West interchange, then immediately exit La Crescenta BLVD. Turn left on La Crescenta Blvd.Turn left onto Honolulu Ave. Cross Rosemont ave and on your right is 2520 Honolulu Ave, Montrose, CA 91020

- Street Parking: Ample street parking is accessible along Honolulu Ave. Please check local signage for posted time limits or meter requirements.
- Accessible Parking: Designated ADA-accessible (handicap) parking spaces are located close to the building’s main entrance to accommodate patients with mobility needs.
